Okay, my cousin does not do water slide decals but he pointed out what we already know and that is that we can get water slide decal paper for laser jet printers. He says he has an awesome laser printer in his office. So I'll go ahead and buy a couple of packs of it off amazon and have him give it a try. Does anybody have any objections or suggestions as to why we wouldn't want to try this or any additional things my cousin will have to know or do to them after printing them?
Okay small problem, they (Papillo paper) says if you put the decals onto dark substrates (ie your cabinets) that the dark color is gonna slightly come through. On the black it probably won't be a problem but the gold will be another story. Also my cousin says gold is not an option but he can get close to it? So....
I would get something like maybe a transparency, and try his printer. Best you can likely do is not gold, more like mustard.
